I decided that Lily was old enough for the Elf on the Shelf this year.
We started reading the book a few weeks ago.
A week ago we got the elf out and Lily named him Cutie.
The elf's first place in our house. He watches Lily every day and then flies to Santa to tell him if she was good or bad. Then he picks a new place and Lily has to find him!

I like that concept! I've seen those at the book store. That's cute (and kind of creepy :-)) that Lily has to find it everyday and she knows that the elf is watching her. It will be fun at ya'll's house this Christmas. I can remember those days.

I love it!! So fun, and like Merry said, a little creepy. But, hey, if it makes them believe (and behave), more power to it!
