PETS ON THE FARM!

A few of our goats.
Chris bought ten goats on Monday, so we had to go out and met them. The big black one is the head goat and I've named her Big Momma! They are still a bit skittish and ran away when Lily tried to get close to them. Hopefully they will get used to us and Lily will be able to pet and feed her goats!

Jackson's ninja moves!

What a lil' tree hugger!

Bye-bye duckies!
Chris took the ducks out to the land on Monday. Unlike chickens, ducks don't roost at night, so there was no getting them back into the pen once they got out. They started coming up to the back porch the last few weeks and where there are ducks, there is duck poop! Hopefully they will enjoy all the land and the pond and can poop wherever they want!

Luke in a papoose!
Walking the land with Ammy and Jackson.

Anyone up for a game of horse apple soccer?

I know the ducks have to be happier not being confined and can waddle around everywhere. I wish I could see your goats though. Everyone looks like they are having a good time exploring the property. :-)

When you get you residence established there it will be nice. Lots of play room for the kids. When Luke gets big enough he can build all kinds of forts and all the things tough boys do.
Like you goats. I think Big Momma is pregnant. With maybe twins she sure is big. One day I am going to get on the big bird and come to see all of the Great grands. Love you all, Gmth
