OUR BIG GIRL!
O.K. I know it's kind of sad to get excited when a 10 1/2 month old finally decides she wants to hold her own bottle, but I am! Today when I was feeding Lily her lunch, I gave her the bottle (she usually tries to drink it with it tilting down until I hold it up and she immediately takes her hand off it!) and she held it up high and drank it all like a big girl! What's really sad is that she will be off the bottle in a month and a half, and then we get to work on the sippy cup. Yippee :(

What a BIG GIRL. Lily your grandmother is so proud of you.
Today it is Thanksgiving and I am so glad that I have you, your Mother and your Daddy in my life.
God has blessed me with such lovely grandchildren, young and old. I am blessed with special children, special daughters-in laws and we are all healthy.Have a very special Thanksgiving and know that We love you all.
Look at the big girl drinking her bottle all by herself. I know that your parents are so proud of you. Lily, you are becoming more and more independent everyday.
Our family will not be complete this Thanksgiving without the Nichols in Texas and the Nichols in Norway to celebrate with us. We will miss all of you. We are definitely blessed to have such a wonderful family. I hope ya'll have a fantastic Thanksgiving! Love, Mimi :-)
