We went in on Wednesday at 12:00 PM and was scheduled for a 2:00 c-section. 6 hours later we were still waiting! The doctor got called away on an emergency hysterectomy and then had to race to another hospital to deliver a baby. They finally took me back at a little after 8:00 PM and Luke was born at 8:29 PM. He came out screaming and I was so relieved! Here is his first picture:

Poppy & the big sister Chris's Dad surprised us by showing up at the hospital. I know Chris was happy to see him and we were so glad he could be there to see his new Grandson. Lily was so excited to see her Poppy!

Luke is so precious. I know that ya'll are glad he is finally here. He looks just as pretty as Lily did. I enjoyed looking at the Shutterfly pictures. Some of them were really sweet looking. I can't wait to see him in person. Lily too. :-)
