23 MONTHS

This last month has gone by so fast! Lily is growing like a little weed (or a Lily!) and I am missing her so much right now. I hope she is being a good little girl for Nana and Ammy and I can't wait for her to meet her little brother. Here are some of things Lily has been doing this month:

~She really loves watching her DVD's and vidoes. She can pretty much put them in and watch them on her own. Pretty scary!

~She is starting to remember more things for longer periods of time. She still talks about how she didn't like Jackson's Halloween costume and how she doesn't want Daddy to wash her hair (he got water in her eyes once!). She saw some of her Christmas presents a few weeks ago and cried for 15-20 minutes because I wouldn't give them to her. The next day I was talking about it and she pretended to cry! What a drama queen.

~It is so weird to hear my little baby talking in sentences. She is a little person now! She loves to talk on the phone and talk to anyone who will listen when we go out. She is definitely not shy! It's all about Lily right now. "Lily does this" and "Lily does that." I'm trying to get her to say "I".

~She is starting to sing songs and "read" books. Her favorite songs to sing are Head, shoulders, knees and toes, if your Happy and you Know it and The Wheels on the Bus. It is so cute to hear her little singing voice.

~She still loves playing with her dolls. She is such a good little mommy. She feeds, swaddles, changes thier diapers and makes them go the potty. She even wipes thier little behinds when their done. I hope she will be this helpful with baby Luke!

She is turning into such a big girl. We get tickled when we here her talk. Frankie said that she can do certain things on the iphone. That is scary. I guess she is going to be smart like both her parents. Love, Mimi :-)
