19 MONTHS TODAY!

Lily is 19 months today! She has changed so much in the last month. Here are some highlights:

- saying 2 and 3 word sentences
- sleeping in her big girl bed (with mommy there for support!)
- potty training success! Only a few accidents over the weekend!
- she really likes her knob puzzles now and puts them all in the right way.
- still loves her babies and makes them eat, sleep and potty.
-spends most of her time running around and dancing!

Here is Lily's new bedding. It coordinates with her baby bedding, so we left the curtain and quilt up. We didn't know what to do with the bumper pad, so we put it around the bottom of her bed!

I've really noticed this month how silly Lily is. She does the funniest things that make me laugh. Here are a few:

-She says, "Ah, bite you!" when she sees the ant piece that goes to her puzzle. She didn't cry when it happened, but I guess she remembers!

- She gets the saddest little face when we read about Peter Rabbit crying or when Piglet's balloon bursts! So sensitive!

-She LOVES to watch the videos I take of her on my phone. Especially the video of her babies going to the potty. She gets a big smile and looks at me every time!

-she knows how to turn on the fake cry and laugh. They learn early!

-she makes up her own words.
wah-wah (water)
pac-pac (pacifier)
diap-diap (diaper)
I don't know where she gets it from; we don't speak baby talk to her, but she just says everything twice. Last night she said trash-trash!

Lily used to be so terrified of this rocking horse that we had to put a blanket over it. Now she likes to climb on it and push it's ears to make noises, but doesn't know how to get off!

What a great idea for the bumper. I'll have to remember that. Lily is too cute. I wonder if she would try to play with Kolby like she does her dolls?
