LILY & LUKE~ A BIG FOUR YEAR OLD & 26 MONTHS

I now have a two year old and a four year old!  They are getting so big!  They play together pretty well, except when they are hitting each other, stealing each others toys and yelling at each other.  Well, they can't always get along!

Lily has been telling everyone, "I'm four now!"

-Lily and I have started working on a Bible verse every week.  We read the story, talk about it and learn the Bible verse.  Lily really enjoys it.  We also do calendar time, work on number and letters and try to get a few crafts and games in.
-Lily loves reading books and can "read" a few of her favorites.  Her favorite books right now are the Little Critter books.  We are going to start BOB books soon.
-She loves to write notes and stories to her family and friends.  She is doing very well with writing and really enjoys it.
-She also likes to help with house work, especially washing the dishes.  She said she wants to wash dishes when she grows up!
-She is enjoying her weekly gymnastics class and is learning lots of new tricks.
-She has been sleeping with Figment, the dragon from Disney World.
-Her favorite things to do are dancing and singing!

 Being silly!

-Luke is growing like a weed!  We're working on learning colors.
-He is saying three and four word sentences.  It's so weird to hear him talk like a little boy!
-He loves to read books and is also into the Little Critter books.  His other favorite books are Duck On A Bike and The Monster at the End of this Book.
-He has NO interest in the potty, so it looks like we will be waiting until summer to try potty training.
-Just bought him size 4 diapers!
-He still loves tractors, tools and anything outside.

He's silly face.
