Today we made egg nest macaroons.They were really easy and fun. While Luke napped, Lily helped me mix all the ingredients together. Of course, she had to taste while we worked!

Egg Nest cookies.I forgot to buy parchment paper, so my first ones got a little dark on the bottom. Lily and Luke didn't mind! Then we tried green nests dipped in chocolate. Next time we are going to try chocolate too.
Lily couldn't wait to taste the little eggs. 
I made Lily one with a chocolate egg inside! 
She went right for the chocolate egg! 
Luke did not like the jelly beans! 
He liked the coconut though!

The Easter crafts with the foot and hand prints are just priceless. All the nest cookies look very yummy. Luke has the most beautiful blue eyes. Love it!
Luke has the blues, like Chris. He and Frankie had the prettiest blue eyes. The crafts were nice, mine areon the cabinet door. You never know when there might be a piscasso(sp) in the house. I know when it is just an ordinary day Luke and Lily must say," Is mom sick today" Everyday to them is a fun day. Love you all, Gmth
