THIS COULD ONLY HAPPEN TO MY FAMILY!

I had to post about our Sunday family trip because these things only happen to my family!
On Sunday we decided to take Lily and Jackson to the pumpkin patch, and afterwards, go fishing at a small park in Farmersville. So after taking pictures at the pumpkin patch, we all headed off to the park. We stopped by a bait shop to get minnows and worms, and the grocery store to get fried chicken and other yummies for a picnic. We finally made it to the park and started unloading the truck. It was really windy and the picnic tables were pretty far from the truck. Jackson grabbed the box of chicken and started running to the picnic tables. I watched him run up the hill and said, "I hope the bottom doesn't fall out of the box." As soon as the words left my lips, I saw the bottom of the box start to sag! We all started yelling for Jackson to stop, but it was too late. The chicken fell into the grass and the dirt!
When we finally got to the picnic tables, my mom had to go to the bathroom. Thankfully there was a bathroom, but it was just a hole in the ground! And someone had left something very gross and smelly in the urinal! My mom started gagging and we had to laugh- what else could we do! After we ate (while trying to keep our plates from blowing off the picnic table), my dad and Jackson went down to the pond to fish. My dad opened the minnow bucket and they were all dead. Shouldn't minnows last more than an hour? SO- Jackson is whining that he wants to fish and my Dad is trying to fish with dead minnows! Amber, Lily, my mom and I decided to sit on the pier while they tried to fish. We were looking at the water when I saw something big slithering near the bank. IT WAS A SNAKE! We all jumped up and ran all the way to the truck. AND that was the end of our Sunday family trip!
