It's pumpkin time!
I went to the library and got enough pumpkin and Halloween books to read one book every day of October. They barely fit in my bag!
We've been reading pumpkin and Fall books since the beginning of the month. We've made pumpkin collages and Lily has been drawing lots of pumpkins!
We made leaf people while staying at my parents house.
We read The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything and made a scarecrow!
We read Jamie and His Pumpkin and sequenced the story.
Lily now knows nine sight words plus all the at family words! She's reading lots of books and is so proud of herself. She keeps saying, "I've got a big brain!"
