IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS!

Decorating for the Holidays!
Santa won't be coming down our chimney this year because
Luke kept climbing in it!

Putting on the first ornament.

Our tree.
We decided to put up the small tree again this year, and I'm so glad we did.
Luke has been on it nonstop! Notice the bottom limbs have no ornaments. We didn't have room for all of our ornaments, but I picked out some of my favorites.

Luke's first ornament!
Behind it is the Mickey hat Ammy and Jackson brought Lily from Disney World. I can't wait to take Lily and Luke. It was one of my favorite vacations growing up!

We got this ornament in Charleston, SC when we took Lily to the beach for the first time!

Although this time of year is filled with thoughts of Santa Claus, I want Lily to start learning the about the real story of Christmas and why we celebrate Jesus' birth. While I was decorating the house, Lily was playing with this little plastic nativity scene. We couldn't find Baby Jesus and Lily kept running around saying, "Where is Baby Jesus? Baby Jesus, where are you?" Thankfully, we finally found him!

That's a great idea putting up a smaller tree. I wish I would have thought of that when my kids were younger. We also had no ornaments on the bottom branches. They were all at the top. :-) I like the idea of each child having their own Christmas tree in their room. I guess I will be dragging out the decorations soon myself.
Love, Mimi

What precious pictures, I love your ideas of Christmas decor. Wish I was there to see the babies on Christmas morn. Lily is old enough to really enjoy this year. Your pictures are so good. Love you all, Gmth
