Luke rolled to his side yesterday while playing on his play mat! He was playing (OK, sucking on!) his spider toy, and pulled himself to his left side. This little boy is growing so fast, so I thought I would write down some of things he is doing now at 10 weeks.
We are still working on tummy time. It's not his favorite, but that's probably my fault since I don't lay him on his tummy enough. He can hold his head up for a little while....
and then gets tired! Then he usually rubs his face in the mat and works himself up into a nice little fit. I pulled out Lily's tummy Boppy and he seemed to like it. Here he is just chillin'!

Luke may not have the strongest neck, but he definitely has some strong legs! He is already pushing his little bottom up with his legs while on his tummy. He's legs are always moving! He is awake much more now and paying attention to things around him. He likes to play and coo at his toys hanging on his swing. He always seems to get his hand in the lots of links!
Luke has been waking up much happier lately. He used to cry before he had even opened his eyes and now he has a big smile on his face. His favorite thing to smile at? His big sister Lily!
Luke weighs 13 lbs. 5 oz. I cannot believe it. I would have never thought, after all the worrying when he lost weight at 2 weeks, that he would be such a chubby baby now! He is a good nurser (obviously!) and loves to eat. There's nothing cuter than rolls on little baby legs!

I sure wish I could see him do his new things. Living this far away we miss seeing him grow up. He was such a new baby when we were there and now his is doing so many things. Love the pictures of him. Love you all, Gmth
