Yesterday I received my weekly email from Baby Center entitled My Toddler this week: Whining and screaming! Everyone comments on how happy and laid back Lily is, and she is. But she is starting to show her Independence and will. We have not had any whining and screaming yet (THANK YOU!), but she is showing her disapproval in other ways. If she has something she's not supposed to, which is usually the remote controls, with the backs off and batteries out, she will throw them down with a little huff. When I tell her to pick it up and give it to Mommy, she will pick it up and throw it down again. Our Little Miss Sassy Pants!
Here are some pictures of Lily this afternoon during her nap (HA!):

My precious princess, I have missed you on the blog for a few days, but all is forgiven now that I see you. Please be a good girl, you have such a special mommy and you don't want to make her unhappy. Love you all, Grandmother
Miss Sassy Pants,
You are doing a good job on all that I have taught you-HAHA!!
Love,
Mrs. Sassy Pants
I know children do like to try your patience sometimes. Miss Sassy Pants still has the sweetest little face in the whole world though. :-)
Love, Mimi
